House Rules

A few simple rules help every guest — and our neighbours in Kakapetra — enjoy the peace that makes this corner of Paros special.

Arrival and departure

Check-in from 15:00; check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked as extras, subject to availability.
Please share your arrival time and travel details so we can welcome you.
Greek law requires us to register an identity document for each adult guest.

No smoking inside the residences. Smoking is permitted on terraces — please use the ashtrays provided.
Quiet hours are 23:00 to 08:00. Parties and events are not permitted.
Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome during the day with prior notice.
Pets are welcome only by prior arrangement.
Please conserve water and electricity — water is precious on the Cyclades. Switch off the air conditioning when doors are open or you are out.

The pool is unsupervised. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please shower before swimming and do not bring glass into the pool area.
Pool hours are posted at the residence and may change for maintenance.

External security cameras cover entrances and parking only — never the inside of any residence or private terrace.
Please lock doors and windows and set the alarm when you go out, and keep valuables in the safe.
Use the BBQ only as instructed and never leave it unattended. Fires of any kind are not allowed outdoors during the summer fire season.

There is no need to clean — just leave dishes in the dishwasher, rubbish in the bins provided and the keys as instructed.
Please let us know about any breakage so we can fix it for the next guests. Honest accidents happen and we appreciate being told.
