Cancellation Policy

Plans change. Our cancellation policy is simple and fair, and applies to all direct bookings made on this website.
Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival
Cancel at least 5 days (120 hours) before 15:00 on your arrival date and receive a 100% refund of everything you paid.
Within 5 days of arrival or no-show
The accommodation cost and cleaning fee are non-refundable. Paid extras that have not been provided — such as transfers or grocery pre-stocking — are refunded in full.
Early departure
If you choose to leave early, unused nights are not refundable, although we will always try to help if we can re-let the residence.
How to cancel
Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7754 562769) or email care@prokosparos.com with your booking reference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 working days; your bank may take a few further days to show the credit.
Bookings made on other platforms
Bookings made through Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo follow the cancellation policy shown on that platform at the time of booking.
